Our Commitment
Betting is a form of entertainment, not an income source. Zoccer only links to licensed operators that offer player-protection tools as standard. We will never push tipsters, "guaranteed" picks, or promotions aimed at people who are showing signs of harm.
Stay In Control - The Five Rules
- Set a budget before you start. Decide how much you can comfortably lose this week. When it is gone, stop.
- Set a time limit. Use the operator's session-time tool. Take a break every hour.
- Never chase losses. Doubling stakes to "win it back" is the single biggest cause of harm.
- Don't bet drunk, tired or upset. Emotional betting wrecks bankrolls.
- Bet only with money you have already. Never borrow, never use rent or bill money, never use credit you cannot repay this month.
Tools Your Sportsbook Should Offer
Every operator we feature is required by their licence to provide the following tools. They are usually inside "Account" or "Responsible Gambling" in the player area.
- Deposit limits: daily, weekly and monthly caps. Lower limits apply immediately, higher limits after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
- Loss limits: caps the total you can lose in a period.
- Wager limits: caps the total you can stake in a period.
- Session reminders: on-screen alerts every 30 / 60 minutes.
- Reality check: shows your time, deposits and net result for the current session.
- Time-out: 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days or 90 days locked out.
- Self-exclusion: 6 months, 1 year, 5 years or permanent. Once activated, the operator must close your account and bar you from new ones.
If your current sportsbook makes any of these tools hard to find or refuses to apply them, please tell us at [email protected]. We will investigate and may remove the operator from our listings.
Warning Signs - Be Honest With Yourself
Tick any of these? It is time to take a break and consider getting help.
- You bet more than you planned, more often than you planned.
- You hide bets, balances or losses from your partner, family or friends.
- You bet to escape stress, low mood or boredom.
- You chase losses by raising stakes after a losing run.
- You borrow money, sell items, or skip bills to keep betting.
- You feel restless or irritable when you try to cut down.
- Betting is harming your work, sleep, relationships or health.
Self-Exclusion Registers - Block Yourself From Every Site
National self-exclusion schemes block you from every licensed operator in that jurisdiction with a single registration. They are free, confidential, and you can extend or end the exclusion only after the chosen period.
- UK: GamStop - 6 months, 1 year, 5 years.
- Sweden: Spelpaus - 1, 3, 6 or 12 months.
- Denmark: ROFUS - temporary or permanent.
- Germany: OASIS - cross-operator block.
- Spain: RGIAJ - national register.
- Netherlands: Cruks - 6+ months.
- Ireland: contact each operator directly until the new national register opens.

If betting is no longer fun, the services below are free, anonymous and available around the clock.
- GamCare - 0808 8020 133, 24/7 helpline and live chat (UK).
- BeGambleAware - National Gambling Helpline 0808 8020 133 (UK).
- Gambling Therapy - global online support in 16+ languages.

Protecting Minors
You must be at least 18 (21 in some countries) to bet. Zoccer uses an age gate and we recommend the following on shared devices:
- Family-filter software such as GamBlock, BetBlocker, Net Nanny or Cyber Patrol.
- Parental controls in iOS Screen Time and Android Family Link.
- Operator-level account password and 2FA. Never save card details in a browser shared with children.
Help Us Help You
If you believe an operator we link to has failed to apply your limits, ignored a self-exclusion request, or pushed inappropriate marketing, email [email protected]. We log every report, follow up with the operator and update our review where needed.
